From our manufacturing facility in Navsari, Gujarat, we produce technical adhesive tapes supplying India’s electrical transformer grids, flexographic print presses, and heavy industries.
Precision Slitting & Rewinding
Our advanced industrial slitting lines can split jumbo rolls to any client-specified width starting from 12 mm up to 450 mm with a sub-millimeter tolerance. Lengths can be wound to custom industrial lengths (18m, 20m, 22m, 24m, 30m) to fit automatic application setups with zero machine downtime.

Shree Mahaveer Industry operates under a strict Quality Management System. We perform raw material testing, online coating weight inspections, and rigorous post-curing analysis on every production batch to guarantee absolute reliability.
In-House Physical Testing & Inspection
In-house quality inspection monitors peel adhesion values (adhesion to steel up to 2000g/25mm), tensile resistance (up to 13.0kg/25mm for double-sided cloth tapes), and temperature resistance (0°C to 60°C) prior to batch packaging.
High-Volume Jumbo Roll Output
Equipped with adhesive coating lines and curing tunnels, our Navsari plant maintains high-volume manufacturing of Double-Sided (DSC), Friction Insulation, Waterproof Cloth, and Coil Winding rolls for wholesale supply contracts.

Adhesive Formulation
Custom compounding of rubber-based and thermo-stable elastomers for specific temperature and tack requirements.
Carrier Impregnation
Precision double-sided or single-sided coating of high-tensile cloth, rayon, and waterproof laminates.
Release Liner Bonding
Laminating Havana yellow, polyester, or heavy GSM brown paper release liners with smooth release tension.
Bespoke Slitting & Log-Cutting
Slicing raw jumbo logs (1050mm) into targeted widths (12mm to 450mm) and lengths according to exact customer orders.
